Review content:
My recommendation is to never go to Frank & Sons. Eight months ago I took my car there after the hail storm. My insurance company paid them approx. $7,500 to fix the hail damage that was done to my car. Basically every exterior panel was replaced incl. the hood, roof, and trunk. I left my car with them for a week and it was returned to me with 3 problems: a sticky substance was left on the face of my radio which removed the paint when I tried to clean it off - they said they could do nothing for me; the seal around the back window was very poorly and sloppily applied - this they did fix, and everytime I turned on my rear defroster the radio would go to complete static.\r \r I took it back at least 3 more times for them to look into it, but they could not figure it out. They told me to take it to Precision Auto because the owner is a friend of theirs. These people were very nice and told me that it did not appear to be a problem with the radio, but perhaps a wire was pinched or cut when the exterior of the car was replaced and put back on. I called Frank & Sons and asked if I should bring it to Honda for them to figure out. They assured me they could figure it out and that they would replace my back glass. After the glass was ""replaced"" the radio now worked (well...only FM, I no longer have AM), but the rear defroster no longer worked AT ALL.\r \r I then brought it back about 8-10 more times in the last 6 months. (I only went back so many times because my father had dealt with them before with his business and I did not want to ruin my fathers relationship) During these times they claimed to have replaced the back glass for a second time and the switch to the rear window twice. \r \r Today, 8 months later, they claimed that they never actually replaced the glass or the switch because their tests said they were fine (even though they told my father and I that they had replaced them). I have finally given up and am going to Honda and paying for it myself.
