It's so obvious that this company wanted to increase their star rated so they had friends or acquaintances write positive reviews for them all in the same date range.
The truth is, they are crooks. My neighbor did a walk through with her manager before vacating, and was told that her place was spotless and there shouldn't be any deductions. When she received her deposit back, there was a $500 deduction. One item on the list said ""carpet cleaning - $300"". She had hardwood floors! No carpets! They got caught red handed.
I lived in my apartment for many years, but new management took over and started calling me making false accusations (I hate dogs, and they were accusing me of having an illegal pet!) and threatening me, until finally I had enough myself and decided to leave. I think they wanted me out so they could rerent my unit for a higher price.
I have never dealt with such unprofessional and poor mannered people. They are nice one day and turn on you the next. STAY AWAY!!!
