As a dedicated antique lover I go to all the one weekend monthly vintage places in Kansas City and Urban Mining is my favorite of all. I always find something new and special to take home and the prices seem to be a little better. I like a antiques from different eras and they always have the most variety of styles and eras. They are fun and creative at making old items new and useful again. Last time I got a couple of great antique architectural iron pieces, a huge mid century lamp, a redone vintage side table, and some things to put away as gifts. There's something different to see each month so I never miss i I can help it. The staff are friendly and it doesn't have a snobby vibe, and its easy to park which is so nice.
