I have never been treated as poorly as I was when I was at Nail Groove. I went in with a friend of mine with a Half Off Depot voucher. I called before I went and scheduled an appointment. The manager asked if we had a voucher, we said yes, he said to come at 3:00. We came at 3:00 and the women who works the front desk said ""NO we do not accept anyone who has a voucher without an appointment. We said we called earlier, she went and got the manager and he said nope you can't get them done today and tomorrow the voucher expires."" They were so mad that we had a voucher. They should not have signed up with Half Off Depot if they won't accept vouchers. They were rude, did not smile at all and had the worst addtitude ever!\r

When my friend and I left in shock, we were okay that we did not get a mani or pedi there because it was so dirty and they did not sanitize their tools.\r

I have never writen a review about anything except for this terrible experience.\r

Please do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT GO there. There are sooo many great nail salons in ATL and this is not one!!!!!!!!
