Deerwood keeps their community up. It is strict on rules especially parking but it keeps the community from turning into one of those manufactured home communities that you dread. \r

The pool is clean. The neighbors are nice. There is a good mix of young and old people. \r
\r
Investing there now, lets you buy a lot of house for very little money. You also get alot of benifits with the pools and clubhouse. \r
