I live in Floirda and have a rental property in Portland. Called spoke to Charity. She got my keys and helped me more than I ever could dream. Sent Melissa to clean up our previous renters disaster. Did a great and wonderful job. But, Doesnt stop there Charity (Owner) called told me about things broken in our home by renters and her a friend went out on a Saturday fixed them for me no extra cost! We are using them for all our Properties now. Thank you!
