COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HAPPY TO LEAVE THIS POORLY MANAGED COMPANY. From my experience working as a temp. at AMS, inc. is that temps. are not respected or regarded equally as regular employees and there for HR will treat you as a disposable cog. This company has a turnover rate close to 100% which is a clear indication that things are not handled properly in this business. My temp assignment was terminated quite senselessly. IF YOU ARE A STAFFING FIRM, YOU BETTER EXPECT TO BE REFUNDING YOUR CLIENTS BECAUSE AT AMS, INC. THEY LIKE TO TERMINATE TEMPS. AT THE DROP OF A HAT. This is not a professional atmosphere. Thanks.
