My son attended this daycare for 1 year, several months after he left the daycare (due to relocation) we were put into collections for over $2000. The director can not explain why the daycare allowed my child to attend if we owed so much nor will he explain why I was not billed and a note not put in my son's box in regards to the past due amount. The director refused to give me contact information for the board members to try to settle this with his supervisor and told me I owed it- to pay or have my lawyer contact him. I have still not received a bill from the dayvcare stating why I owe so much and why I was never billed or why my son was never asked to not attend until the balance was paid. I have never known a daycare to allow someone to attend for months while behind in tuition. At less than $200/ week my son would have had to attend for over 3 months without payment in order to obtain such a high bill, but the director did not bill us at all or submit us to collections until well after my son discontinued attending. He did request my husband come to the daycare and help him set up somethings after my son discontinued attending and my husband explained that since we had moved he would not be making such a long drive to do work at the daycare anymore at that time we were put into collections. It seems a bit funny to me that there was no mention of past due fees until after my husband refused to come help the director with work at the daycare. Is this something that anyone can see as appropriate? Call me wrong, but I beleive everyone has a right to the contact information for the board of a daycare their child attends if that board will have an effect on the daycare. I am wondering if other parents have had similar difficulties with this daycare. My son now attends Kindercare and I love it. Pros: cheap- u get what u pay for Cons: Never was a letter sent home and I had to ask what had happened if my child had an injury
