Review content:
To be fair, we were never able to stay at Two Meeting Street Inn, so the accommodations may be very nice. Due to errors with their web reservation system, we were informed that we had a room when none were available. Despite being told a room was reserved for us and recieving a confirmation email from the Inn Keeper, when re-confirming by telephone I was told that they had made an error and that we would not have a room. The Inn Keeper (Karen) admitted that it had been her assistant's error and apologized, but she refused to even attempt to find us other accommodations. I believe that this is a poor reflection on the Inn and those making reservations via the web should be aware.
