the academy director at frisco s lakes tennis academy club is rude - he yelled and threatened me when after i repeatedly brought in a mesh hamper staff kept putting out by the pool for children to play with some rotten toys that were in it - the hamper was full of ants and molded candy and stinky mildewed wet lost and found clothes - i gave it to a staff member inside 3 times - after the 3rd time the director came out to the pool and threw it at me and yell and cursed me and told me to leave it alone or he would have me and my children removed from his club - my children and i were there receiving swimming lessons - they wouldn t rope off the swim lesson section from general pool usage - during lessons pool toys were flying around and kids were jumping and swimming over the kids receiving the lessons - it was chaos - i saw a child almost drown because the swim instructor lost track of where her students were among the piranha frenzy of kid activity - we will never return as long as the present academy director is in charge of this pathetic club.
