I went to Grants Brakes because of the positive reviews written here. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I did. Within 6 months, the right front shim slipped out of place. I had no idea what had happened. The car was making a horrific noise. I thought it was the tire. Took the car to a tire company and was told , and have documentation, that the tires were fine. It was the BAD BRAKE JOB. Not only had the shim slipped, he said the absolute cheapest parts had been used. I called and Grant tried to infer it was something either I had done, or the tire place. He was rude, impossible to talk to, and continued to talk over me. SHODDY, dishonest and should be sued. I am just to busy. PS. I am female, and believe he would never have talked to a man like that. BEWARE!
