I called Roto-Rooter to service a clogged kitchen drain. The service truck arrived within 3 hours. The repair involved excavation of my garage floor to replace the kitchen stack drain pipe under the ground. Two employees arrived promptly the next morning to do the job. Both men (Aaron & Keith) were timely, courteous, reliable and skilled. The job was started & completed within the estimated timeframe. I would not hesitate to use Roto-Rooter's services again, and I would definitely recommend them to others.
