I thought I could replace the inner workings of my toilet. I was over my head fast. Unfortunately I didn't discover how bad it was until I had disassembled the whole thing. Reading the directions to the new kit I had purchase at Walmart confused the heck out of me. I simply did not know what to do but raise the white flag. My wife, god bless her, suggested we call the professionals. She called the next morning and Roto-Rooter came out very promptly and did a beautiful job installing all the new hardware to make out toilet work again. I am so grateful. The work was done quickly and very well. We are pleased with the service and results. Thanks Roto-Rooter!
