Review content:
After seeing the reviews on here, I had to set the record straight. A lot of what has been written is from people who obviously haven't done hot yoga before. Bikram's yoga is not really anything like other yoga - it's strict, it's difficult to the point of making you very sick to your stomache, you aren't supposed to leave the room, and it's hot and people smell. That's just how it is. That said, it's the best thing to happen in my life in a long time and it has helped a lot of people through physical and mental issues. Not for the faint of heart.
Pros: Excellent teachers in a supportive and challenging atmosphere
Cons: Hot yoga is expensive!
