Review content:
The management does not fix things in a timely manner and the staff do not communicate well with each other or the residents. I had a leaking roof for 2 weeks and when I was finally allowed to move into a new apartment without any help I was informed the next day that I would have to move again because they had sold the apartment I just moved into. Also this 2nd apartment was supposedly ""ready to go"" but had large carpet drying fans left in it, the bathtub had a large split in it and the stopper was in pieces, there were wires left behind, the door to the utility closet was propped against the wall, the door lock did not work right and there were cobwebs everywhere. The only positive thing is the outdoor scenery and the wildlife. I also spoke to residents whom had purchased their apartments and many of them had had the same problems.
