Review content:
Although not as glamourous as spa gyms like Bally's or NY Sports Club or Equinox, Ultimate Fitness has trainers that have made a difference, equipment that is seldom not functioning, and clean locker rooms. The employees are always willing to help. Getting time on the cardio equipment has been a problem when I belonged to 'spa gyms', but I ALWAYS am able to get on the cardio equipment here with a minimal amount of time waiting. Any 'sour grape' comments about this gym, or its staff are most likely from people who have not been working out most of their lives or go to a gym to be seen with the beautiful people that are often only found at a spa gym and then want that same atmosphere at a sweat and work out gym price.
Pros: Great hours. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to get on the equipment when I wanted too. Clean.
Cons: not near my house - but is near my office. wish I lived closer.
