A deer ran into the side of my car 3 weeks ago, leaving both left side doors and the left rear quarter panel dented. Safeco Insurance recommended Caliber Collision (Thank you, Safeco!). Jon and Chris at Caliber have been very courteous, attentive, and efficient. They got started on my car very quickly, and called Enterprise Rent A Car right away. Kelly from Enterprise was there with my rental car in less than 10 minutes, they're very close. They finished the job in one week, and it looks great! They returned my car cleaner than it had been when I left it to them, no greasy or grimy smudges. Overall it was a completely satisfactory experience. Big thanks to everyone at Caliber, Enterprise, and Safeco! And also to the guy at the convenience store who called the DPS for us, and to the DPS trooper who came to take the report.
