What a nightmare! I brought in $200 worth of new business pants with a simple enough task--hem each pair a few inches. I got my pants back with crooked hemming, but what's worse, each pair had iron burns throughout the entire pant leg. I went back to point out the issue, but the shop owners insisted that they could simply iron it again. I didn't see how this would solve the problem at all.
$200 of new pants ruined, and I haven't even wore them yet! I will never go here again.
