Doug Stanley Ford has to be the worst dealership on the planet. And I'm a Ford guy! I have attempted to business with them several times over the past 28 years. And every time I have walked away frustrated. When I buy a car or truck, I pay cash and intend to drive it until it's dead. I do my research & know exactly what I want. I also do 90% of my own service & repair work. 4 times in the last 28 years I have walked into Doug Stanley to shop for a new vehicle. I have been ignored and poo-poo'ed. Last time I wanted a new pickup and was told to ""just walk around the lot & pick one out."" They didn't have what I wanted. I was told what was on their lot was all they could get. Then they wanted to run a credit check, even though they didn't have what I wanted and I was paying cash! Their Parts Dept. is useless. Need a special Ford tool? They don't sell tools. I think their Parts Dept is there just to service their service dept. Not walk-in customers.
