Review content:
I wanted to give a local business $ and what I got in return was a lack of integrity. I wanted wider tires on my 74 Ford Maverick and asked if they were available with whitewall. Fred said not in the size that I wanted. I saw a few cars rolling around with whitewalls and they looked similar to the size I just got. I went back to Noe Valley Auto works to ask about them. After making me wait for 10 minutes without acknowledging that I was there, he said he'd be with me in a quick sec.and that turned out to be another 5 minutes Finally.Fred asked how my tires were and I said they were good, but ""you said they weren't available in whitewall but I've seen saw some cars driving around with them. He said ""oh, those are like $500.00 each, here I'll show you"". As he's looking them up on the internet he then say's ""Oh, those are like $200 each."" They ended up being $139.00 each and I said you told me this wasn't an option. He said, ""oh yeh, I can't order these for my shop"". I said, "" I wish you would have told me that, I would have ordered them from somewhere else"". Well, I guess that was the problem and so instead of being honest with me and risk losing $, he just lied to me instead. They suck!!
