I have been tattooed by Kevin three times now: a lower back piece, a small dragonfly, and a fantastic, super-detailed phoenix. These guys are extremely professional. They do great custom work and they're not afraid to tell you if a design isn't going to translate well as a tattoo. I have friends who have gone to Troy and Liam at Lambadi and their work is amazing as well. I can't speak as to the price of their piercings but as far as the tattoos are concerned, I think it is important to keep in mind that tattoos are for life. You won't go wrong if you go to Lambadi.
Pros: Talented artists and great custom work
Cons: A little difficult to get an appointment (but still well worth the wait)
