Last week one of my coworkers and I decided that we needed a makeover. We called and made an appointment and because we wernt sure about what we wanted the receptionist recomended that we make our first appointment for a consultation. We were able to get in at the same time with two diferent stylist, Heather and Julie. They were able to look at our hair texture, the condition of it....face shape and so many other things that go into determining the perfect haircolor and cut for us. We made our appointment for the next day to come back and have everything done. When we came back they had everything that we talked about in their computer and they did exactly what we talked about in our consultation. As a professional in customer service, my expectations were exceeded. The whole staff seemed very educated and professional. Wouldnt go anywhere else!
