First thing first, I tip on Christmas, I make sure there is no rain water in my barrels and I go to the trouble of putting my barrels where there is easy access not behind parked cars etc. However these schmucks decided they didn't want to pick up the trash from when my kitchen ceiling fell in, even though I only put a couple of bags a week out, they dug through my trash and pulled out the trash they didn't want to take and left it in the street. I already emailed Quincy Public Works and I am trying to find a way to email Capitol Waste Services as well. Anyone want to start a petition to get rid of them?
Pros: they do show up
Cons: irresponsible employees who do not care
