Review content:
For a while they were having trouble filling the place to capacity, so they rented a few rooms out to married couples. My wife and I arrived in the apartment to find the carpets and floor dirty, the freezer and a few drawers filled with food and garbage, and a toilet that had poop in it and needed to be flushed. Disgusting. The hot and cold water hoses for the washer were reversed, which resulted in us washing ""cold water only"" clothing in hot water, which shrunk some clothes. After we moved in we had someone just walk into our apartment, saw us, and then quickly left. I think there was someone using our place as a spare apartment or something. Wonderful.
The people above us were morons and would have parties until 3am on weekdays. When we complained to management, they were apathetic and did nothing.
When we moved, we waited a month and a half to receive our deposit back. When we didn't receive it and called them, they offered to cancel the original check and send a replacement. We said that would be fine. Surprise!! They charged us a $50 fee for it and deducted it from the refund.
Pros: Large windows, good location
Cons: Management are a bunch of baboons.
