Review content:
I visited on their busiest night- Saturday, and this is what I experienced... Very small- You see the entire club from the front door as you walk in. Massive bar, takes up entirely too much space and is dead center. Because of this, patrons looking to get a brew or something to wet their taste buds, standing up at the bar, get clustered in the only narrow pathway you have to use to get the back of the club. When you finally get to the back of the club, your completely confined to your seat or your stance, or you can go through fighting the patrons standing at the bar- again. The furniture is a step down from patio furniture, and the tables are barely standing. The DJ Booth is pushed into a 3 feet by 5 feet closet type space (I'm being generous with the size). That I imagine converts back into a closet when the party is over. Overall it's the type of place where you would'nt be suprised to see something crawling or a rodent. I love black owned business, and support them to the fullest, and will probably go back based on that fact alone, but Damn! invest in us like we invest in you and your business. My suggestion: minimize and relocate the bar area, paint, update furniture and place it in a more orderly fashion you can do this by investing in a few booth tables, update the floors- stamped concrete is very in, inexpensive, and durable, and take that tacky christmas lighting down- please! It's serves no purpose and besides some of the bulbs are out, some dangling, and some are overlapped instead get uplights that sit on the floor against the wall, or just candles...and the Patio area is just dead! It is equivalent to a first time apartment patio style. Parade of plastic furniture, that no one wants to sit on. All I'm asking is Please do better. Pros: Great music! usually someone from 96.3 radio station, Black owned- Sherry the owner is always there- a very nice person Cons: Very unorganized, outdated, and unclean. Just don't feel safe, no room to move around the place is apprx 1400 sq ft
