Review content:
When I went dress shopping I liked this store because they were very friendly in the phone and they seemed to know how the whole wedding dress process is. However, when I went with my mom to the try dresses I was left alone for 10 minutes! waiting for her to bring another dress, then another 10 minutes waiting for another dress, then more waiting if I wanted to ask questions or try veils with the gowns. At the end it was my mom who had to go and find more dresses for me to try on. I had made an appointment but they overbooked the dressing rooms and the place was sooo crowded!!
Pros: pretty dresses, but you can find them in other stores too.
Cons: horrible customer service.
