Review content:
While the apartments themselves are sizable and adequate, especially considering their age, and the location is excellent, I would never recommend Landmark to anyone. I have had minor problems such as insects, noisy neighbors, etc. Not only have I encountered these 'minor' issues, but in the past year have had an attempted break in of my unit while I was home with my child, been harrassed by random males while out with my dog at night on several occassions, and most recently came home to find a bloody shoe in the parking lot and a trail leading down the steps! Raleigh PD was very helpful and informed me that there had been an assault with a knife. However, when I went to Landmark management to express my concerns, not only were they rude and indifferent but didn't seem at all phased by this information. As a single parent with a young child, I was appaled by the response I received. A neighborhood that once was quiet and safe is now neither. Do not rent here...there must be safer alternatives.
