It all started out when Steve worked at a service station about 2 blocks from my house 20 something years ago. He went out and started his own business at Handel Automotive Services, and I followed him there. He takes care of my car, my wife's car, my company cars, and my 3 kids' cars. I have never had a question or compliant with anything that he has done. His service is great, and he will even answer my questions so that I can do little things on my own.
I am always told what it will cost and how long it will take for repairs. I can drop off my keys and they will come to get my car, as well as drop it off. If the repairs are going to take awhile, they will give me a loaner car. They have just done so many things for us. My daughter lives 75 miles away and she still comes to Handel Automotive. At this point it is more like a family. Even my sisters and cousins use Steve.
They really take care of everything. The last thing that shows how great they are is about Monona-moola cash. The Chamber of Commerce is selling Monona-moola cash to help keep business in the area even though they are redoing the roadway. Handel Auto emailed my daughter 3 different times to remind her to pick up some of the cash so that she could save money on her repairs. It is those little things that they do for us that make it so great. They really take care of us, and I feel it is a great family-owned, community-oriented business.
