Do not use Taz. They provide poor service, are very rude, and are dishonest. We confirmed a 10 a.m. reservation for a load and unload job. Fifteen min. before the crew was scheduled to arrive, I received a call that they would be late. The crew arrived 90 min. late, and I had already loaded the truck by myself in 10-degree weather. The crew was good; they unloaded the truck quickly and worked for 90 min. Because I used UHaul e-move, I gave them the payment code and discovered that I had been charged for 3 hrs. (the full duration of my reservation). When I called to request an adjustment--after all, they had provided half the work promised--the owner Sherman was rude. He lied about being able to refund my money and refused to help me. He threatened to have me arrested for slander if I wrote a bad review. (Sherman, if you're reading this: go for it!) E-move/UHaul are unable to refund the money, so I have to take this matter to my credit card company. Summary: Taz was late, rude, dishonest, and threatening. They overcharged me for the work they delivered. Please protect yourself and avoid them at all costs.
