One day I was shopping, and a women who was working there was yelling at a couple children playing at a table. the way she handled the situation was wrong. I was amazed the way she spoke to the kids and finally the mom steped in and she started yelling at the mother. I don't care what was going on it was down right rude and unprofessioal. I am an RN and I have come accross many patients that I would like to have lashed out on, but you just can't do that. If you cannot handle working in a toy store get a different job......There is a calm way of handling a situation without loosing your mind and going off on children just playing on a table at a TOY STORE....needless to say I put back the toys I WAS going to buy and walked out. never to return again........And I have told my story many times to other moms in the community, and alot have agreed with me. They need to hire people with patients and compassion...
