Review content:
I have been doing business with this shop for years and have recommended them to most of my friends. I have spent hundreds of dollars here. 85% of the time the work is done right and 15% of the time I have to return and have it redone. Recently I had some work done here and they snagged the garment when removing the old stitching and the work was substandard. I am particular and know that after a wash or two, a snag on cotton will get worse and the garment will be unusable. The work was substandard so I asked for my money back and it was given very begrudgingly and I was told not to come back.
Pros: when they get it right its good
Cons: they have to redue some stuf and may give you a hard time if the you want your money back
