They absolutely care about the people they rent to. I had a very smooth transition and they adapted to my schedule even though they were not open. They went above and beyond to help me. I know currently they no longer have a maintenance division, much more went into responding to a maintenance call than most expect. It actually is the landlord that makes the decision most of the time as to what to fix at the property. So it can't always happen immediatley at the drop of a hat unless of course there is a true emergency. Regardless my experience is just fine and all my questions are answered and needs are met. To each their own, but my experience was more than professional and their services are recommended.
