Review content:
DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!!! When I moved, I had to place all my furniture (brand new bedroom and living room furniture, TV, clothes) in storage as I couldn't move everything that day. I decided to keep almost everything in there until I moved into my next apartment, but went back for things in the first couple months my stuff was there. When I went to pick up my things 4 months later, I was surprised to find my storage unit not only EMPTY, but inspected and approved for use! Apparently, my things had gone ""missing"" 2 months earlier, but they didn't notify me and continued charging me for the unit, despite having approved it for a new customer. When I tried to figure out what happened, they were not helpful at all, saying there was nothing they could do. They did not review security tapes or access records even though we KNEW what day it had to happen on based on the green approval ticket on the unit. They stonewalled and were intentionally dodgy when questions were asked. I finally accepted the fact that they were not going to reimburse me for my things or even help me find out what happened. I have a sneaking suspicion that someone working there stole my things based on their actions and my communications with other Uhaul employees at several locations. They all said that either 1) the employees were completely incompetent, broke protocol numerous times, and made a huge mistake or 2) that someone there made off with some nice stuff, all believing the latter was the case.
