There awesome ...Mike showed my great products that were in my budget, i went to a big box Lumber liquidators and lowes. Carpet wise was a little higher priced but FAR FARbetter quality and only made in USA, Erik was on time to measure and i had a quote within a hour. there crews are craftsmen not just floor installers i was amazed they made me a custom trip piece to fit my wierd transition.They are also the only ones who offered this move or improve program check it out i get a 800$ credit for upstairs. Family owned is the way to go you are valued rather than processed.
