Businiess name:  Bermuda Triangle Tropical Fish

Review content:
I do like the selection of the fish and coral at this store and for the most part it's been good to me. I've spent a lot of money at Bermuda. I typically don't get fish from Bermuda anymore because of their pricing compared to their local competitors. I purchased a saltwater fish there a few days ago and now it's dead. My water parameters are as follows: Nitrates = No measurable results Nitrites = No measurable results Ammonia = No measurable results pH = 8.2-8.4 Calcium = 400 mg/L ?dKH = 8 Phosphates = No measurable results I do a 20 gallon water change on 100 gallon system with Tropic Marin salt every two weeks. The other fish in the tank are fine. Most of the fish have been in the tank for approximately 3 years. The fish was not attacked by any other fish and was acclimatized with the drip method for approximately 4 hours. The fish in question appeared to be in good health with only one spot halfway down his body. When I asked for a refund or a store credit I was told that there was nothing that they could do because it had been over 24 hours. I was upset, which didn't help, but I probably would have just let it go and ate the money for the fish if the guy had not been so mad and hung up on me. Read the comments and make up your own mind but I'll be going to the other fish stores in the area or shopping online now, at least they have a 14 day guarantee.
