WATCH OUT if you are booking with travelbyjen. very misleading. it has been a week long headache with them. with NO results. When we went to book our trip, they couldn't find it for the price they quoted. the following day they found it, but it was $120 more per couple. Not bad so we booked it. Gave them our credit card and the agent was real quick in calling the other party going with us, to get their credit card. We were told we would have a confirmation that night by email. Well it never came. The next day it never came. I finally called and the trip was never booked. No one called us to let us know. In fact that was the whole problem. Horrible communication. The only time they called us was when they wanted money, then the call came real quick. Well in the meantime of all of this, they promise that they will get us the package or even something real similar. Everyday, I would have to be the one to call and check. Nothing ever came to be and they offered nothing, but ""were sorry"". Horrible experience, I would not recommend them to anyone. We finally booked through ORBITZ...smooth sailing
Pros: Seemed Nice, but don't let them fool you
Cons: Poor management...No one seems to be in charge
