I think a couple of the negative reviews are ridiculous and mean spirited. I live in Philly and have dined here many times. This place is NOT smelly or dirty, although one time the Men's Room was less than ""fresh."" Anyhow, the fish and seafood is quite good if you know what to order. Have broiled not fried! The great feature are the raw clams and oysters which are wonderful ... special prices during happy hour (4 - 6 PM weekdays; 2 - 4 PM weekends). The Rappahannock oysters from Virginia are GORGEOUS! This is not a fancy nor elegant place, it appeals to serious fish and seafood lovers like myself. Please don't order anything breaded or fried, though, those items are mediocre.
Pros: The variety of raw oysters and clams in marvelous
Cons: Stay away from the breaded and/or fried entrees
