Awesome pest control has been treating our apartment complex for over two years. We have not had a single pest issue since they began treating us.
They are friendly, approachable, our tenants love them. They remember us personally, they remember specifics/details and our history, which really helps in repeated effective treatments. Our tenants look forward to them coming out now, instead of bemoaning 'just another service of the apartments [they] live in"" and Awesome is extremely effective at good communication, both with myself and our tenants.
Turns out, being non-judgmental is really a big deal, too, when you're inviting professionals into your home. Awesome respects every apartment they go into, and everyone inside. They work-around individual tenant needs, they listen well and take requests, IT IS CLEAR THEY ENJOY THEIR JOB, AND BELIEVE OF THEMSELVES THAT THEY DO A GOOD JOB, all of these things really help in making sure we are happy and pest-free every time.
One time, we had a tenant with bed-bugs. Awesome was so thorough and complete, other companies talked about the necessity of multiple visits for elimination of the bedbugs, others were priced above $1,000 per apartment. Awesome was competitively priced, and acted with confidence -- that if WE FOLLOWED these instructions which THEY provided, and they spent the time necessary inside the apartment, they could eliminate them (They also recommended treating certain surrounding areas, which lends itself to the level of expertise they bring to the table)
Needless to say, we have had 18months of NO bedbugs, they eliminated the problem completely and we have had the time necessary to KNOW this. Our complex has not even had any pest SIGHTINGS during the two years Awesome services us.
