We took our 3 dogs to this groomer and although we had been there before, we NEVER had such a bad experience. I have one black lab that had knee surgery last November,2010 and even showed them a picture of her xrays with screws and plates in her left knee. I asked them to be very careful with her. When we went to pick her up, she was limping soooo badly on her right front leg I could not beleive it!! I asked them what happened, but they said nothing happened. We brought our other 2 dogs home, and I called the groomer back just to ask if ANYTHING could have happened and she said no. I then asked how could this have happened? She said ""well, anyone stupid enough to let their dog jump out of a 4X4 should not have a dog"". My car is a mini SUV (a Suzuki) with back seats 31"" off the ground. We took our lab straight to our vet hospital. The Dr. looked at her leg and foot and saw swelling. He did xrays but did not find anything broken. She had a pain shot and I was told to give her 2 other meds at home. That night she just cried and winced in pain. The next day she is doing somewhat better but still limping and very swollen in her foot. This is NOT a place I would recommmend nor will I EVER go back there.
