I was recommended by Shelly BMW to go to Spectrum for my auto collision because they were a certified BMW repair facility, as it states in their catalog and practically everywhere in their facility. Well They promised me to have my car repaired in less than a month, but it took 3 months. They Promised that my car will look like it just purchased from the dealer, well it wasn't. My insurance says that because they are NOT a insurance approved facility, they cannot warranty the work. Well I think that says it all.I dont understand how these repair facilties, like Spectrum Collision owned by BMW and Shelly BMW can just rip off customers and make millions of dollars from insurance companies. I am very dissappointed in their service, craftmanship, and overall repairs.
Cons: If you want your car not REPAIRED CORRECTLY, then I highly recommend them!!
