Deciding to try something different, I ventured into DNR which now occupies the space where Butera's used to be (in the Chelsea Market). Nice decor, good food, but unbelievably slow service. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal (sandwich, fries and drink) and it took 30 minutes to get the whole order. The manager didn't seem to realize what had happened, smiling blankly at me as I complained. Considering this place is less than 6 months old, it already needs drastic improvements in service to remain on my list of places to go.
Pros: Good food, Good prices, Nice decor
Cons: Slow service, Clueless manager
