My experience here was horrible. I went in to my deposit on my bridesmaid dress. When i walked in all the employees were at the front of the store, but me and my mother was not acknowledged. The owner was on the phone and the other employees were standing around trying not to look our way. The store is small so we were all literally standing in front of each other, but they were still ignoring us. When someone finally said hello (me and my mother said hello when we walked in, but no one responded) it was the cake baker. She offered us a slice of cake while we waited. While we ate our cake i noticed that the owner wasn't even on a business call. She was talking to someone about a baseball game that they were going to attend that night. I felt that was very unprofessional and rude. We were the only customers in the store so we shouldn't have had to wait 20 mins to get service.
Fast forward 2 months and the dress is back. I pay for the dress and go to try it on and realize it's the WRONG dress!! Then the owner tried to make it seem like it was my fault that she wrote down the wrong dress number. I made sure I brought in a picture of the dress, because I didn't know the dress number. We looked through the catalog to make sure i was getting the right dress and she still wrote the number down wrong. There was no compensation, no apology, nothing!! I wasn't even offered a garment bag to put the dress in. All i got was a $244 dress that I did not pick but am forced to wear. It's too late to order another dress. Never will i ever go there again and I advise anyone who values good customer service to say away also.
