My family and I have taken every car we have owned, while living in TN, to Gateway. They have always been nothing but fantastic. My father used to be a mechanic and there has never been a repair or suggestion that was wrong. The staff is always wonderful. As the other reviewer mentioned, you can sometimes wait for a while, but it's because they do such great service that everyone keeps coming back. As a matter of fact, there was a day that my repairs were going to take a long time, so they had a van to take me over to the mall to do some shopping I needed to get done. They came right back to pick me up when my car was ready. I HIGHLY recommend Gateway!
Pros: Excellent STAFF! Excellent repair work!
Cons: I wish it was closer to my new place.
