This company is completely unethical, if not criminal, in its actions. I was in a car accident and called AAA for a tow truck. They dispatched BILL WREN'S TOWING. By the time the time the Bill Wren's tow truck arrived, I had made arrangements to take my car to the mechanic I always use. The tow truck driver took me aside, out of the hearing of the police, and told me that instead of doing what I wanted, what I should do is allow him to take my car to Bill Wren's impound lot and have the insurance adjuster go there. WELL, turns out that the charges for doing that were $600!!! AND when I went to clean out my car, they treated me like I was a criminal, tried to prevent me from getting to my car, stood over me the entire time, and wrote down what I took out. It is a terrible, terrible operation. Avoid it at all costs!
