Review content:
I went in to order a wedding cake and never want to step in this place ever again. The owner was brought out to look at a pic of the cake design I wanted and was very rude to me in every way. She was not welcoming at all. Then she asked me when my wedding was. I said a Friday in May 2010. She said, oh, well we can't deliver a cake on that day. She said they would be too busy making graduation cakes. I'm thinking, I'm gonna pay 400-500 dollars for a cake and she can't drive it to Goddard on a Friday afternoon. Very disappointed! Also, later that afternoon I was explaining the situation to my hairdresser. She said they ordered a cake from Cheri's and when they got it back to the salon, they noticed ""Congratulations"" was spelled incorrectly. Then as we were talking, a customer of the salon said, ""Are you talking about Cheri's Bakery?"" She then went on to say that they had ordered cookies from Cheri's and ""Happy Birthday"" was spelled wrong on all of the cookies. So, I think this business needs to lose the ""I'm better than everything"" attitude and look at what really matters...their customers and their work!!!!!!!
Pros: good designs
Cons: poor customer service
