Review content:
The only people that like this place are the people who get section 8 housing subsidies. They pay less than half of what others pay and the government pays the rest. This place is very very unsafe. Gangbangers walk around at all hours. Smoking weed at the pool and in the center park area. I had to beat down two thugs coming out of the gym one night while I was with my girlfriend and all I did was look at them. If you don't carry a gun or know how to fight or have kids do not risk your life over here. There are much better places.The surrounding area is also dangerous. The only reason they offer good deals for move in is because it survives on the people who get all the food stamps and section 8. So if you want a section 8 ghetto this is your new home enjoy. We broke our lease after 2 and a half months.
