I too have been going to Guys and Dolls Hair Salon since Chong has been opened off Culebra Road. I've NEVER had a single ""bad"" experience. However, since I speak only English I go to the girls who speak English. While I will admit that Chong does have a few ladies in this salon that speak not one word of english, there is usually some one in there that can translate. This is just ONE of the reasons why our country needs to go back to English ONLY in order to become a citizen. If you choose to go to someone who can't speak English, then you do get what you deserve. If you are unhappy about it, let Chong know so that she can hire ENGLISH speaking ONLY hair stylist..... by that I mean, ENGLISH is the PRIMARY LANGUAGE and SPANISH is the SECONDARY LANGUAGE.
Pros: Just about everything
Cons: I can see why ppl get upset if there's not ENGLISH as PRIMARY
