I was thrilled. I was a educated consumer on wood fireplaces. Before buckling down for the wood fireplaces here I had shopped around, called around and read up a lot on wood fireplaces. I found Terry to be a very honest and helpful resource. I wish I could have this purchasing experience more often. At the same time I was purchasing/installing my stove from Konieczka my neighbor was purchasing/installing from a competitor and it was nothing but headaches for him. Start and end your stove search at Konieczka Heating & Cooling.
