We bought a jogging stroller here for $65. We were excited to get home and try it out! We got home and I went for a jog. The stroller was wobbly and unsafe for my baby. I took it to a bike shop where I was informed it was not able to be repaired. This was Saturday. I called Wednesday to let them know my husband would be bringing the item back. The sales clerk told me we would be issued a store credit. I was very polite in explaining that the product was not only broken, but not safe for use. She implied that it wasn't that way when I bought it and to bring it in and they would decide what to do. My husband later took the stroller back to the store (10 miles from home). They did issue a credit but never once apologized for the inconvenience. I will never return to this location of Kid to Kid again. Customer service is lacking and they sell products that are dangerous for children.
