Review content:
I tried for a week to talk to someone here. I emailed and called several times, nobody bothered to call or email me back. During this type of economy, it seems like they would place more importance on customer service but it seems the opposite is true. If you expect good communication and to be treated decently, go somewhere else and save yourself the headache of trying to deal with these people!
